Planning & Feasibility
Construction projects often require a host of pre-development analyses to determine feasibility. Our expertise in helping owners navigate evaluate land and real estate factors, project financing, programming, construction delivery methods, and building systems allow them to accurately make important project decisions early in the process.
Construction Support Services
On a boutique basis, we offer select services such as lender construction inspections, construction litigation support, dispute resolution, and budget and cost analysis.

Founded in 1992 as Newton Aaron & Associates, Inc., Aaron & Clements, Inc. is a woman-owned, Subchapter S Corporation based in Columbus, GA. Our projects take us throughout the southeast to serve owners in a variety of commercial markets including corporate office, educational, museum, hospitality, retail, religious, financial, medical, government, and multi-family. Our services are tailored to meet the specific needs of the project, and our commitment to service on each project is to do whatever is necessary to help our Owners meet their objectives.
